Case studies

From first prototype to protected server: what we put into production for our clients.

Every case starts from a concrete problem at a real business. Here you'll find what we built, with which products, and the numbers that came out of it.

Logo of Trattoria Rusticone in Alling

Trattoria Rusticone Alling

Trattoria and pizzeria · Alling, Bavaria

Owner: Domenico L.

Client since 2018

Website, bookings and automated menus. And a server that doesn't get broken into.

Since 2018 we've run the trattoria's digital presence: the website, online table booking and Wochenkarte AI, the tool that turns a photo of the handwritten menu into a laid-out, formatted and decorated menu. For the past three months the server has been protected by OrionEye.

The problem

A busy venue with little time to spare: a weekly menu to rewrite and lay out every time, bookings to handle during service, and a website that has to cope with growing traffic without becoming a target.

What we built

  • The trattoria's website, developed and grown over time
  • Online table booking
  • Wochenkarte AI: from a photo or sketch of the menu to a laid-out, formatted, decorated menu
  • Server protection with OrionEye: automatic attack detection and blocking

Logo of Rusticone Hotel in Hechendorf

Hotel Rusticone Hechendorf

Hotel · Hechendorf am Pilsensee, Bavaria

Owner: Michele Sozzo

Direct room booking and a management system that takes a few clicks.

We built the hotel's booking system: a website with direct room booking and a fully automated management system that staff can update in a few clicks. OrionEye protects and optimises the infrastructure end to end.

The problem

Handling room bookings without manual work, taking bookings directly through the hotel's own website, and keeping a server safe that is exposed, like every server, to automated attacks.

What we built

  • Website with direct room booking
  • Fully automated booking management, editable in a few clicks
  • Server monitoring, security and optimisation with OrionEye

Logo of Vicari Pizza Delivery, Munich

Vicari Pizza · Münchner Schmankerlküche

Pizzeria and Bavarian kitchen, delivery · Munich

Owner: Federico Vicari

Two venues, one till. And calls no longer go unanswered.

Vicari Pizza and Münchner Schmankerlküche, Federico Vicari's two venues in Munich, joined Food Link together. The voice agent answers the phone and takes orders, the digital menu always stays up to date, and orders from both venues flow into a single till and print straight to the kitchen.

The problem

At peak hours the phone becomes the bottleneck of the service, and the menu has to be kept up to date across several channels. With two venues, both problems double.

What we built

  • AI voice agent that answers calls and takes orders
  • Interactive digital menu
  • Orders from both venues indexed into a single till
  • Automatic order printing in the kitchen

Wordmark of Friseur Salon Angela in Fürstenfeldbruck

Friseur Salon Angela

Hair salon · Fürstenfeldbruck, Bavaria

Owner: Angela Arnusch

One photo from the phone, and it's already in the website gallery.

We built the salon's website and a custom automation: the owner takes a photo of her work on her phone, uploads it, and it appears on its own in the website gallery. No computer, no admin panel to learn.

The problem

Photos of finished work are a hair salon's best business card, but updating a website gallery usually takes a computer, an admin panel or someone to do it for you. So the gallery goes stale, and the website stops telling the salon's story.

What we built

  • The salon's website: services, gallery, contact
  • Upload automation: photos sent from the phone are published to the gallery automatically
  • A gallery that stays up to date without going near a computer
